Meet Dakota, our seal and white “grumpy grandma.” Dakota is our first ever Malamute and the dog that started it all, the one that made us fall in love with the breed. She is a standard-sized Malamute, AKC registered, and weighs 70lbs when she’s not stealing the other dog’s food.

She loves to give kisses, play tug of war and sass us. When she’s not running laps in the backyard she is howling at us for not doing things her way! Dakota had one litter but has been spayed and retired. She helps teach puppies manners and will live the rest of her retired days here with us.
